Once you have selected a nanny candidate we put them through a rigorous series of background checks including:

  • A search of over 300 million National criminal records
  • We search local county records for the most recent county
  • We check the National sex offender records
  • We perform a Social Security trace and verification
  • We do a National alias search to see what other names the candidate may have used
  • We search their driving records whenever they are available

We also will help you understand the background check and provide you with a hiring kit that will make the relationship between you and the nanny clearer to both parties.
